Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an eCommerce Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online presence, including reporting, paid marketing, and website optimization.

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will work closely with our Digital Manager and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. You will analyze data and analytics to inform your decisions and ensure that our online presence is always up-to-date and engaging.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing EDM reporting, including collation of all EDMs for historical reporting
  • Ensuring annotations are entered into Google Analytics to ensure accurate trade history
  • Reporting on EDM database results, including POS Subscribers Weekly
  • Preparing weekly reports for Trade Meeting and as required on an ad hoc basis by management

In addition to these key responsibilities, the eCommerce Specialist will also assist with:

  • Overseeing day-to-day implementation of Paid Marketing Campaigns across all channels in conjunction with our agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Implementing and managing the day-to-day requirements of the Kikki.K Affiliate Program
  • Assisting with website optimization and user experience improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Customer obsessed and driven to build customer love (as a key driver of profitable growth)
  • Passionately curious and inherently driven to learn & grow (personally & professionally)
  • Previous experience in using eCommerce platforms
  • Experience using Product Information Management is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Industry experience a plus, experience in a similar role a plus
