Ecommerce Manager

About the Role

This is a strategic role for an ecommerce professional to drive revenue growth across Amazon and other marketplaces. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to engage partners and internal stakeholders towards a common goal.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across Amazon and other marketplaces using a data-led approach.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with brand partners to grow share and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Deliver best-in-class marketplace execution, including SEO-optimised content, A+ pages, localised copy, and targeted advertising.
  • Analyse performance regularly across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, address issues, and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Manage inventory and demand planning to ensure strong in-stock positions and sales continuity.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong relationships and clearly communicating progress, risks, and results.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, using strong project management skills to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar market or industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
