About the Role

You will provide professional nursing services to our residents, working collaboratively with our care staff, family members, doctors, and management team. Your comprehensive clinical skills will ensure that you deliver exceptional care, while your excellent communication skills will facilitate effective teamwork.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
  • Being a team-player with excellent communication skills who is able to liaise with care staff, family members, doctors, and the management team.
  • Excellent reporting skills to complete necessary compulsory reporting, progress notes, and incident reporting.
  • Comprehensive clinical skills.
  • A passion for providing professional, holistic care.
Requirements

To be considered for this great opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar (Bachelor of Nursing).
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility in a similar role as Registered Nurse.
  • Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (NDISWSC).
  • Commitment to obtaining COVID vaccination.
  • Driving licence and own car (preferred).
