Position Overview:

The UK Incoming & Policy Administration Technician is an entry-level position within XL CATLIN, designed to provide essential support to international AXA entities. This role involves managing coverage arrangements for Property, Motor, and Liability insurance programs. Being part of the Middle Office function offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the insurance industry from an operational perspective and enhance your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Producing Offices to handle referral documentation efficiently.
  2. Oversee and manage multiple email accounts, ensuring prompt responses and actions.
  3. Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders and effectively manage escalations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policy documents, certificates, and endorsements.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of documents to Clients and Brokers.
  6. Prepare and provide reports to the UK Incoming Team and Operations Manager.

You will report directly to the UK Policy & Wordings Team Leader.

  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, while proactively addressing potential delays with management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
