Job Overview:

Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Outbound Calling & Engagement: Confidently initiate and navigate high-volume outbound calls, engaging effectively with a diverse range of prospects.
  • Strategic Lead Generation & Qualification: Expert in identifying, researching, and qualifying high-potential leads, demonstrating a keen understanding of target markets and client needs.
  • Prospect Conversion & Client Acquisition: A strong history of successfully converting qualified leads into tangible business opportunities and new clients through persuasive communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience doing end-to-end Business Development
  • Experience in Overseas recruitment and AU Immigration process
  • Solid background in cold calling
