As a key member of the operations leadership team at Steelforce, a brand of InfraBuild, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies and achieving collective and individual goals in a high-volume, time-sensitive picking, packing, and loading environment.

The priorities of this role include:

  • Leading and mentoring the team to promote a high-performing culture
  • Driving a strong safety culture and training the operations team to develop their capabilities
  • Motivating and empowering the team to reach their full potential

It's essential that you are a people and safety-centric leader with a continuous improvement and innovative mindset. You will lead a highly capable team and drive best practices in the steel distribution industry.

  • Providing strong leadership and safety management skills
  • Ensuring DIFOT targets are met and driving a strong safety culture
  • Implementing a high-performance culture in operations
