About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Leadership Operations team in Engineering. As a key member of our centralized Leadership Operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of craft professionals, driving priorities from the business, and owning coverage planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of craft professionals, drive priorities from the business, and own coverage planning.
  • Own delivery of craft projects that up-level the impact of our team and scale our ability to support Atlassian leaders.
  • Build relationships and drive regular feedback with Engineering leaders.
  • Build a deep understanding for what success looks like from a leader perspective, educate and onboard leaders, and maximize the value and impact we have on the business.
  • Coach, mentor, and support your team members in their professional development to help unlock their full potential and growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.
  • 2+ years experience leading and creating engaged, motivated teams.
