Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Group. As an Operations Manager and Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and grow the business through creative initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or retail leadership, with a strong background in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong operational experience, with a focus on achieving financial and business targets.
  • Highly developed customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Current industry RSA and RCG qualifications.
