Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Transport Administrator to join our Metro team at our Forrestfield Depot in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and travel pack compilation for our PM departing freight distribution services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating manifest consignments and updating as informed by dock personnel
  • Liaising with dock operational staff to ensure customer freight requirements are correct
  • Ensuring transport documents are correctly completed and compiled ready for departure
  • Data entry of con notes and POD
  • Scanning paperwork into the freight system
  • Sorting connotes by destinations
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager
Requirements
  • Reliable attendance
  • At least 3 years' transport administration experience
  • Ability to prioritize high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
  • Full Australian Work Rights
