About the Role


As a Truck Technician - Service Delivery Expert at Truck Centre WA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact between TCWA and our customers, providing timely and efficient communication regarding all aspects of their vehicles' service and maintenance work.


The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. You will need to demonstrate a high level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, technicians, and management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate work from the service counter to the workshop, ensuring seamless communication and effective time management.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information as required, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
