Business Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Leader to drive significant multi-year business transformation programs with teams of professionals.

This role will involve driving engagement and communication to build relationships and deliver complex change, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, tracking risks, dependencies, and issues, and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve quality business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compliance deliverables for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Take a hands-on approach to program management, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Track risks, dependencies, issues, and actions; manage program documentation.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders to drive complex change and build relationships.
  • Support organizational processes and improve program documentation to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Transformation Leader in delivering business transformation projects within complex organizations.
  • Experience managing project timelines, risks, actions, and other key program documentation.
  • Understanding of business transformation techniques and methods is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to plan ahead and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office with high-level MS Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative leadership, communication, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
