Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, experience navigating complex environments and driving meaningful outcomes.

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, processes, and data needs through workshops and structured engagement.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes and technical specifications that guide solution design and delivery.
  • Conduct current state assessments and develop future state models including operating models, workflows, and process maps to identify and articulate opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform gap analyses between current and future states to support strategic decision-making and transformation planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support change initiatives through impact analysis, documentation, implementation planning, and ongoing monitoring of business outcomes and benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes including data migration, integration, and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse, and document business requirements, process improvements, and the impact of change.
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and modelling across diverse business functions within large organisations.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret patterns and behaviours to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate across all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering or a related field; certifications in Agile or Business Analysis are desirable.
