Risk Governance and Compliance Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our Privilege Access Management team at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring controls, embedding standards and practices, and providing quality risk and data insights to identity and privileged access management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and Execute Multiple Work-Streams: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders representing technology, operational risk, and Macquarie business operations to drive next-generation cyber capabilities.
- Represent Privilege Access Management: Lead governance efforts to meet regulatory requirements and other improvement opportunities in cross-divisional initiatives.
- Challenging and Overseeing Data Controls: Develop metrics supporting risk, compliance, and progress monitoring, and drive insights through analysis and challenge the resolution of audit and review outcomes.
- Operationalising Risk Frameworks: Design and implement risk frameworks, transformational change, and technology implementation to ensure consistent practices are embedded.
- Project Management and Facilitation: Utilize project management and facilitation skills to drive initiatives forward and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in Process Design and Testing: Proven experience in designing and testing technology risk controls through regulatory, internal, external audits, or IT security reviews.
- Technical and Data Analysis Skills: Strong technical and data analysis skills, with the ability to learn quickly and apply past patterns of learning.
- Familiarity with Technology Landscape: Familiarity with the technology landscape, infrastructure, identity management, and analytics.
- Operationalising Risk Frameworks: Experience in operationalising, designing risk frameworks, transformational change, and technology implementation.
- Project Management and Facilitation: Proven project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
