We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Attendant.
As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient operations across our Food & Beverage, Events, and Guest Services departments.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner, facilitating entry, processing tickets, and generating sales.
Once on the observation deck, you will work closely with our Food & Beverage team to provide an all-day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and venue presentation.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a fun, positive disposition.
The ideal candidate will also possess reliable self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks.
Part-time employment guarantees a minimum of 12 hours per week over a cyclic roster, with good availability and flexibility with working hours essential.
