The role of a Healthcare Ambassador is pivotal in providing an exceptional patient experience and support in clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary briefings and contribute to patient behavior management planning as required.
- Continuously monitor and engage patients in designated clinical areas, identifying concerns or observations that may impact patient health.
- Hold a relevant qualification and/or experience in healthcare security or customer service.
- Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
- Tuberculosis screening to determine if tuberculosis vaccination is required.
- Disclosure of serious disciplinary history.
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (cost covered).
