We are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Recovery Specialist to join our Recoveries Team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Credit Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers in a proactive and cost-effective manner to provide tailored repayment solutions to our valued customers.
You will utilise communication skills, negotiation techniques, investigative tools, and an understanding of collection practices to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers to provide tailored repayment solutions
- Utilise communication skills, negotiation techniques, and investigative tools to ensure adherence to industry standards
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable solutions for customers and their businesses
- Ownership of a Recoveries ledger and working towards KPI's and targets
- Interpretation and assessment of financial reporting (Balance sheets and I&E statements)
- Liaising with external clients (Lawyers, mercantile agents etc.)
- Providing phone support for internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, most notably with Excel and Outlook
