We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Officer to join our team.


Job Description:

As a Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for taking reservations and performing other duties associated with travel bookings. This includes answering enquiries relating to our services, timetables and destinations, as well as communicating with drivers during services and sending manifests as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent phone manner, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and good computer skills. You should also be able to learn new software quickly and have your own computer, internet connection, and a quiet location to work from.


Benefits:

This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule of 25.5 hours per fortnight. You will be paid an hourly rate of $25.63, and you will receive supplemental pay for overtime worked. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and friendly team environment.


Others:

Training will be provided in our Midvale office, and you will be expected to have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status. You will also need to be able to work independently but also as part of a team. Knowledge of the north west and its attractions is an advantage but not essential.


The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
