**Job Description:**

As a risk management professional, you will play a pivotal role in executing independent reviews that evaluate the effectiveness of control frameworks and systems. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver assurance opinions on risk management practices, focusing on the alignment with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a high-performing team in delivering thematic and deep-dive reviews across multiple divisions.
  • Coordinate and report on the development and delivery of approved 2nd Line Assurance plans.
  • Assess key controls for design and operating effectiveness to ensure risks and obligations are well managed.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to influence enterprise leaders to enhance risk monitoring and implement robust control practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

You will need over 10 years of experience in Risk and Control Advisory, Governance, Internal Audit, or similar Assurance roles. You will also bring experience in business lending, commercial banking, or private wealth, with a solid grasp of the key business drivers and associated risks.
