What's the role?

This full-time leadership position places you at the heart of a team focused on strengthening governance, enhancing quality assurance and embedding robust controls across our regulatory reporting landscape.

You'll lead the development and implementation of an enhanced operating model for regulatory reporting while managing governance, controls and quality assurance in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

As the key contact for escalation, you'll oversee control assessments, maintain governance frameworks and support teams preparing external reports, including those required by APRA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve regulatory compliance and excellence
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Navigating complexity and competing priorities to deliver results under pressure
