This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a specialist in customer relations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload, supporting escalations through to completion
- Provide exceptional service to customers through various channels of support
- Liaise with internal leaders to reach an outcome
You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
RequirementsWe are seeking a highly experienced contact centre resolution or retention specialist who can provide exceptional customer service through their communication and problem-solving skills.
You will need to present with confidence, empathy, and interpersonal skills to talk to people from all walks of life, including those experiencing challenging personal circumstances.
You should be able to demonstrate resilience in providing the best customer service possible on each and every call.
