Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced contact centre resolution or retention specialist who can provide exceptional customer service through their communication and problem-solving skills.

You will need to present with confidence, empathy, and interpersonal skills to talk to people from all walks of life, including those experiencing challenging personal circumstances.

You should be able to demonstrate resilience in providing the best customer service possible on each and every call.
