Our company is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.Focusing on client satisfaction, this individual will be responsible for managing client relations, communications, and new client onboarding with efficiency and timeliness.Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Manage client relations, communications, and new client onboarding with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Database management, including tax return and BAS lodgements, ATO correspondence, and HR processes.
  • Oversee compliance deadlines, ensuring timely lodgements and payments.
  • Perform general administration duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Hold experience in a similar role within an accounting, legal, or professional services environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a drive to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive outlook, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Show the ability to organize and manage time-critical tasks and administration projects.
  • Possess high-level knowledge of general administration and customer service protocols, processes, and systems.
  • Maintain a professional presentation suitable for an office environment.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft packages and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
