About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team at NEMETSCHEK AG. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Bing to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee paid display ads through the Google Display Network (GDN) and programmatic display platforms to reach our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter, to engage with our audience and drive website traffic.
  • Maintain close working relationships with our digital agency to ensure productivity, collaboration, and performance.
  • Manage budgets across all channels, recommending budget allocations by channel and campaign to drive maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on primary KPIs to regional and leadership teams, including ROAS, leads, and web store revenue.
  • Support the regional marketing team with best practice recommendations and executional support for digital tactics.
  • Identify new ad opportunities and develop new and emerging platforms to help NEMETSCHEK AG drive growth.
  • Test, learn, and provide optimization recommendations to the EMEA Marketing Director.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, responsible for media budget management and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Digital Marketing.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Operational expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Display Network, and Microsoft Office.
