Job Opportunity: Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of disability support specialists in delivering high-quality, personalized services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, developing and implementing client-centred plans, maintaining accurate records, and supporting clients in NDIS plan review meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3 years' experience in leadership roles within the Disability Sector
  • Experience supporting older clients with dementia
  • Flexible working hours availability, including on-call
  • Excellent communication, organisational, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and capacity for the work
