We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team.

This is a mid-senior level role that will work closely with business leaders to provide forward looking analysis and commercial insights.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in a finance partnering or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial systems and data analytics tools.

  • Provide trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
  • Conduct analytical reviews on project budgets and prepare monthly management reports.
  • Support and manage financial aspects of projects within the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate under ambiguity, develop new ideas and business solutions, and influence and manage diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in delivering commercial outcomes and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
  • A high level of competency in MS Office applications is also required.
