We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

This role will involve preparing and analyzing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the Senior Leadership Team's decision-making. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and providing financial support for the development of business cases.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong budgeting and forecasting skills, as well as excellent communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. A CA or CPA qualification (or similar) is highly regarded, as well as experience in financial planning, analysis, and review.

About the Role:

  • Preparation and analysis of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with financial planning and decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Providing financial support for business case development.
  • Ad hoc business analysis and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or CPA qualification (or similar).
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and review.
  • Able to prepare complex three-way models.
