Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to injured workers and employers while navigating complex caseloads within legislative guidelines.
- Proactively manage end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases, prioritizing stakeholder needs and ensuring timely resolutions.
- You possess previous experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities, such as customer service or call center roles.
- You are proficient in PC skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage and influence various stakeholders, while your empathetic nature allows you to navigate complex situations.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to think creatively when faced with challenges, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
