Senior Mapping Specialist

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high-performing Cardiac Ablation Solutions team as a Senior EP Mapping Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support, education, and training to physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. You will also collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in cardiac mapping and navigation, with a minimum of 11 years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, they should be comfortable with interstate travel up to 25%, have a valid driver's license, and their own transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and clinical guidance to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
  • Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma plus a minimum of 11 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree plus a minimum of 9 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or bachelor degree plus a minimum of 7 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
  • Interstate travel required up to 25%
