Job Title: Learning and Skills Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Learning and Skills Development Specialist. This role will play a key part in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience in managing or mentoring staff. They will be responsible for conducting training needs analyses, developing engaging learning programs, and partnering with stakeholders to support talent development and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver learning strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning interventions
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs, including in-house and outsourced solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to support talent development and performance improvement
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of training logistics, including the management of learning coordinators
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and report on outcomes
  • Lead projects related to leadership development, onboarding, and digital learning solutions

About You:

  • Proven experience in a learning and development or training advisory role
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and e-learning tools
