Site Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational and capital expenditure performance of our premium assets.

As a Senior Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring financial targets are met, all services are procured, and safety and customer service are maintained at the highest level.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Control expenses against forecasts for your properties
  • Asset Maintenance: Review proposed alterations to ensure they meet specifications and statutory requirements
  • Documentation: Prepare scope of works and documentation
  • Approval and Compliance: Approval of Work Orders, tax invoice processing, and contracts within delegated authority; compliance with our Quality Management System
  • Maintenance and Operations: Advise Property Manager and Facility Manager on maintenance and operational issues
  • Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours calls as required
  • Asset Register: Maintain an up-to-date asset register and preventative maintenance planner
  • Statutory Logs: Monitor and ensure relevant statutory logs and registers are in order
  • Reporting: Participate in Operational Health check Proforma (QMS dataroom) and complete FCR compliance reporting within timeframes
  • Tenant Liaison: Respond to tenant requests as required
  • Team Leadership: Evaluate absence from site and promptly notify Portfolio or Property Manager, actively mentor and train facility managers in your team, provide support and leadership to facility managers in your team
  • Customer and Investor Engagement: Take part in customer and investor activities as required
