Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Erskine Park depot. This is a key role in our organization, requiring leadership and management skills to oversee site operations and lead a team of direct reports and approximately 300 staff.


The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse teams, with a strong focus on safety and customer service. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and delivery on commitments.


This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage budgets, implement cost-effective options, and provide business reporting. The ideal candidate will also possess process-driven skills, with high-level reasoning, problem-solving, and planning abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior leadership experience with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience setting a safe working environment where safety is promoted and prioritised.
  • Exceptional customer service & people skills, developing excellent working relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Previous experience managing organisational finances, implementing cost effective options and business reporting.
  • Process driven with high level reasoning, problem solving and planning skills.
