Site Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Leader to oversee the mobilization, execution, and completion of projects at customer sites.

  • Develop site mobilization and execution plans that meet project objectives.
  • Manage site administration, organization, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to advise on activities and coordinate execution schedules.
  • Evaluate compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide comprehensive site inductions for all personnel.
  • Lead site meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • Establish and maintain effective site reporting practices to monitor work progress.
  • Collect accurate reports to assess project performance.
  • Promote efficient construction practices to minimize costs.
  • Manage site budgets and control expenses.
  • Participate in subcontracting and local procurement activities to optimize resources.
  • Maintain quality control throughout site execution to minimize risks.
  • Oversee site demobilization and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Coordinate the final handover of the project to the customer.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, experience in site management preferably in marine or energy projects, understands local regulations and safety standards, is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
