Join the Yo-Chi Leadership Team We are hiring for passionate, driven Venue Leaders to oversee two of our CBD venues (Circular Quay & Double Bay) or the Eastern Suburbs (Bondi & Bondi Junction).

As a Multi-Site Venue Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of your venues, ensuring smooth operations, happy customers, and energised, motivated teams. You'll lead by example, coach your Venue Leaders, and create a high-performing, positive environment across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead by example and deliver unforgettable customer experiences across your venues
• Keep the energy high and ensure each venue runs like clockwork
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
• Oversee inventory, stock, and operational metrics across multiple sites
• Train, develop, and support a motivated, high performing team
• Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and overall venue performance
• Take ownership of multi-venue P&L
  
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced leaders with a strong track record in achieving KPIs and driving team performance (bonus points for QSR experience)
• Skilled in roster management using systems beyond Excel
• Team oriented leaders who love building motivated teams and creating welcoming vibes.
• Organised, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
