About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to work as part of an energized and collaborative team, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients.

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial onboarding through to final completion, ensuring seamless and high-quality experiences at every stage.

Key responsibilities include providing strong customer service support, leading administration for client engagements, and using various Risk Management systems.

You will also prepare engagement letters, reports, and other documentation, and draft bills and client debtor management.

In addition, you will use accounting software to support client-facing teams, meeting set performance KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires working hours between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday, with a variety of shifts available.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent communication skills, and is able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Your Key Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills gained in administration, retail, or hospitality environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
