Commercial Advisory Role

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Advisory Consultant to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in Sydney. As part of this role, you will play a key part in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing business cases and options for infrastructure projects
  • Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis
  • Providing transaction management services
  • Developing tender documentation and leading tender processes
  • Building financial models and conducting financial analysis
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in private sector or government (e.g., professional services firms, management consultancy, corporate advisory)
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or similar discipline
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
