About Our Opportunity

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in Sydney, covering various levels including Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director and Director.

Role Overview

This role is part of KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places group, providing commercial, financial, transaction management and strategic advice on major infrastructure projects across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases and options for clients' major infrastructure and real estate projects.
  • Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis for complex projects.
  • Provide transaction management services from investment decision to operations.
  • Develop tender documentation and lead and manage tender processes.
  • Develop commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts.
  • Resolve complex commercial issues through negotiations.
  • Build financial models and conduct financial analysis.
  • Leverage specialist knowledge in relevant infrastructure sectors.
About You

You will have relevant experience in the private sector or government, with tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline. Highly developed written and oral communication skills are essential.

A passion for doing work that matters and thriving on the challenge of solving complex problems in a dynamic environment is required.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role in Sydney is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and level.
