As a key member of KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places group, our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels in Sydney.
Your OpportunityWe are advising on some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects and due to continued growth, we have opportunities for talented individuals to join our team. You will play a key role working as part of a team in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Developing business cases and options for infrastructure projects.
- Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis for complex infrastructure deals.
- Providing transaction management services to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Developing tender documentation and leading and managing tender processes for infrastructure projects.
- Creating commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts for infrastructure transactions.
- Resolving complex commercial issues, including through negotiations with stakeholders.
- Building financial models and conducting financial analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Leveraging specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant infrastructure sectors (transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence and national security, real estate, or water).

- Relevant experience in the private sector or government, preferably in professional services firms, management consultancy, corporate advisory, government infrastructure delivery teams, government treasury departments, investment banking, or infrastructure funds.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- A passion for doing work that matters and thriving on the challenge of solving complex problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on level and experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a collaborative work environment.
