**Continuous Improvement Manager**

This role is a key contributor to enhancing quality, process, and yield improvements for products manufactured within the department.

The position will focus on identifying and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement activities to support safety, quality, reliability, and innovation. This includes collaborating with project leaders/teams to ensure operational requirements are met for design/commissioning/qualification/validation, licensure of the facility, and registration of the manufacturing process for commercial operation.

This role is responsible for tracking and ensuring routine validation and maintenance programs are performed to ensure compliance with current GMP regulations and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and driving continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, process, and yield improvements for products manufactured within the department

  • Monitoring established team measurements (KPI's) that support the delivery of business goals in the areas of Quality, HSE, Financial, Customer Service, and Process Improvement

To be successful:

Requirements include:

  • A tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing, within a pharmaceutical production environment
  • Superior technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems
