Reward Advisor – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Reward Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed- term contract.
This role offers the opportunity to work on global reward initiatives, with a strong focus on the American region and strategic projects that shape our compensation framework.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on reward strategies, policies, and frameworks across multiple regions, with emphasis on the Americas.
Lead and support projects related to job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation structures.
Partner with HR and business leaders on reward aspects of M&A activities, ensuring smooth integration of reward programs.
Manage and maintain global grading structures, including broad banding of job grades.
Utilize AON Radford and other market data tools to conduct benchmarking and analysis.
Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and quarterly equity grant processes.
About You 5+ years' experience in reward, compensation, or a related HR discipline.
Proven experience in M&A reward integration and international reward practices, particularly in the American region.
Strong knowledge of AON Radford and other benchmarking methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in broad banding job grades and job architecture.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; ability to interpret and present complex data to senior stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
