Site Operations Lead

As a seasoned operations professional, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities at our manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in quality systems, regulatory requirements, and modern manufacturing practices.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior operations or site leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing. You should be commercially astute with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additionally, you will need to possess an inspiring leadership style with a track record of building strong, engaged teams.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across production, quality, and engineering. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to broader operational strategy.

  • Lead and Develop Teams: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Safety and Compliance: Strong understanding of WHS, food safety, and regulatory standards, with the ability to drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in managing day-to-day operations, including meeting output, cost, and service targets, as well as overseeing capital projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track record of supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on process improvements and efficiency gains.
