About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, effective management of staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling. Your expertise in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality.

Providing outstanding customer service is paramount, and you will be equipped with the skills to efficiently resolve any concerns or complaints that may arise. Your ability to train and mentor new team members will support their growth and integration into our dynamic team.

A strong leader like yourself will drive product quality and consistency throughout your shift, while collaborating with management to implement new procedures and promotions as directed. By working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient task execution
  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns/complaints
  • Train and mentor new team members to support their growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience in hospitality/QSR
  • Strong communication and time management skills
