We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our Queensland warehouse and operations team.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring the efficient operation of our services in Queensland. If you are passionate about supporting others and skilled in managing processes, we would love to hear from you

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your team and clients, promote a collaborative workplace culture, and contribute to our regional success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and manage team activities to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish strong communication within the team and with clients, maintaining a friendly attitude.
  • Monitor performance metrics and motivate the team to achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining an engaging work environment.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the building or construction industry.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and an approachable demeanor.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to foster team spirit and work towards common objectives.
  • Understanding of financial management to handle budgets effectively.
  • Hold a current LF Forklift license.
