- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including Invisalign and iTero, to provide accurate information to customers.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Experience with CRM software and in-house software solutions.
- Knowledge of the orthodontic industry and Invisalign products.
