Role Overview

This Audiology Assistant/Audiology Clinic Manager role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting positive relationships with the community.

  • As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical part in the Specsavers Audiology Customer Journey by offering expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform hearing screening and maintenance tasks (full training provided).
  • Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system.
  • Liaise with store partners to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Passionate about making a meaningful impact on people's lives.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy towards others.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn Bluetooth and troubleshooting technology.
