As an Audiology Assistant or Audiology Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our audiology clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with our audiologists to provide hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance services, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Utilize our Simply Hearing system to schedule appointments efficiently and ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Liaise with store partners to maintain strong relationships and facilitate daily clinic operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service environment.
  • Previous experience in Audiology or allied health (desired but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in supporting others.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Bluetooth and troubleshooting technology.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a passion for making a positive impact on patients' lives.
