We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audiologist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong therapeutic relationships, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with hearing and balance issues by providing professional recommendations for rehabilitation options and developing clear rehabilitation programs tailored to their difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and needs.
  • Conduct clinical assessments in line with current best practices and our clinical protocols, communicating assessment results and subsequent recommendations effectively.
  • Meet clients' needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
  • Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience in Adult Rehabilitation; diagnostic experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Currently hold, or eligible for, full membership with AudA or ACAud.
  • Strong audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high and varied caseload while demonstrating sound clinical judgement.
  • Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
