Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and discipline staff members.
  • Conduct regular checks and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping equipment to maintain cleanliness and adherence to maintenance standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and consumption of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities while controlling costs.
  • Address guest complaints promptly, investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and provide exceptional service to VIP and long-stay guests.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations, room readiness, and high service standards.
Requirements:
  • A passion for people and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively run the department through planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating tasks.
  • A proven track record in maintaining or improving cleanliness across large areas or properties.
  • An eye for detail across cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
