Operations Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our team. As an integral part of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing and maintaining efficient workflows and systems.

  • Develop and implement business processes to drive operational efficiency and improve productivity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure informed decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the organization

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, implement and maintain workflows and systems to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior management or operations leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in operational management, including process improvement and team oversight
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
  • Calm, diplomatic, and resourceful approach to problem-solving
