Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth operation of the store and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and employee performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking of goods.
  • Deal with suppliers regularly, evaluating supplies and negotiating pricing.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial operations, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the business operates within budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management.
  • Degree in Business or Management (desired but not required).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
