Job Opportunity: Delivering Support Services

The successful candidate will provide direct support services while also contributing to the supervision and guidance of other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services to clients in line with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) goals and care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor staff and support workers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support strategies.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in managing complex client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
  • A degree in healthcare or a related health discipline is highly regarded.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in disability or community services is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading health staff or teams is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery standards and legislation is required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required is expected.
