Disability Support Manager

The successful candidate will provide direct support services while also contributing to the supervision and guidance of other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support services to clients in line with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) goals and care plans.
- Supervise and mentor staff and support workers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support strategies.
- Provide guidance and leadership in managing complex client needs.
- Maintain accurate records, case notes, and compliance documentation.
- A degree in healthcare or a related health discipline is highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in disability or community services is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading health staff or teams is necessary.
- Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery standards and legislation is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required is expected.
