Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide personal care and daily living support to clients with high support needs. This role involves assisting clients with wheelchairs and medical requirements, helping them live with dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate will be able to promote autonomy within shared living environments and foster positive relationships with clients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
